SIMPLY FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS to get the best out of your Retro Ice Bag:

Unscrew the cap of your Retro Ice Bag or CoolCaz Ice Bag and fill with ice cubes;
do not force ice through the mouth;

Add a little water to round the edges of the ice cubes,
for comfort and to start the cooling process and replace the cap;

Your Retro Ice Bag or CoolCaz Ice Bag will stay cold for hours.

After use, empty and drain naturally;

Do not re-freeze or break up ice inside the bag. Do not use with hot water.

NOTE: in humid conditions, condensation may occur on the outside fabric of your ice bag.
Simply wipe dry as required.

INJURIES, SPRAINS, BRUISES
• Fill your Retro Ice Bag in accordance with DIRECTIONS FOR USE and apply ice to injury immediately.
• Leave your Retro Ice Bag on the injury for 10 - 15 minutes
• Remove your ice bag from the injury after 10-15 minutes and leave it off for 20 minutes;
• Repeat the application for 10-15 minutes, then again after one hour and subsequently at 2 hourly intervals.
• Consult your health advisor if there is no improvement in your injury after 24 hours.
Contra indications: Do not use ice treatment on an open wound, or if there is numbness to the affected area.

ACHES AND PAINS
• Place your Retro Ice Bag directly on the affected area, as comfortable. There is no need to wrap your Retro Ice Bag in a towel. Add more cold water to your Retro Ice Bag to cushion the ice blocks if necessary.

HEAT RELIEF
• Fill your Retro Ice Bag or CoolCaz Ice Bag in accordance with DIRECTIONS FOR USE and apply to head, neck, ankle or inner wrist for up to 15 minutes or as long as required, changing position to maintain comfort.

CARING FOR YOUR RETRO ICE BAG
• Your Retro Ice Bag is made with a 100% cotton outer. So make sure your ice bag is perfectly dry before replacing the cap and storing it. To clean, simply run under water, using soap if required.
